WEEK 235 - THIRTY FIVE DAYS TO BFB²

A good week with what seems like an army of workers on site ......

...... however you will always find 2 who adopt the British worker stance in the shade whilst all the others are hard at it!  They haven't yet seen Sabina approaching!!!!

The umbilical chord between Shevran and O'Neal has at last been severed with one preparing the wooden back plate for the electric meter ....

.... whilst the other is busy cutting concrete for the electric conduit for the pool step lights.

The weather has at last been dry enough to commence the pool tiling.  Note the 2 still hard at it in the shade!

Sabina's mosaic in the pool wet room is finished and the mirror on the facing wall is nearing completion.

Both chambers of the sceptic tank have been sealed after the large block of cheddar cheese had been inserted to kick start the moulding 'process'.  There are now some working loos upstairs.

Guy has been busy in the main fuse box in the kitchen .....

..... and also with the generator technicians .....

....... who checked out the Automatic Transfer Switch before successfully starting the generator.  The final electrical check and certification by LUCELEC is planned for next week.

The kitchen units are still undergoing the 'final' adjustments.

The Guest bedroom wardrobes are being sanded prior to staining.

The woofer home concrete floor is complete and providing temporary hibernation for the erstwhile workers.

Wooden furniture draws receiving preservative treatment.

Random.

Future termite breakfast?
