Another short week following the May Day Public Holiday, with the rain persisting unabated.
The Tower has received the most attention this week with the local stone purchased last week being fitted into the floor .....
......... the door at the top having its final fitting .......
..... and the outside base being plastered.
The grouting continues to spread throughout the house, ....
..... and the sealing of the wood ceilings, windows and doors - inside and out - will continue until the full 3 coats have been applied.
The pressure washing of the roof tiles has been a success in the areas where scaffolding remains in place, .....
...... but the areas without scaffolding still remain a challenge.
