WEEK 115 - WINDOWS AND RAILINGS

Another showery week, but good progress made inside as the structure is nearly waterproof, and we have been promised the first of the ridge tiles for next week - fingers crossed!

The 3 round windows delivered last week were fitted on Monday .......

....... followed by Anthony plastering them firmly into the walls.

The Master Bedroom walk-in wardrobe floor has been laid with Wamara and is now creeping across the bedroom itself.  Ferminus said he was suffering from a headache caused by the sawdust?!!!!!

The sanding of the Master Bedroom ceiling is complete and ready for the first coat of Sikkens HLS.

The Guest Bedroom veranda has been cast....

... and the steel rods put in place to mark the uprights for the railings.

The noggins for the entrance ceiling have been fixed and, with the Green Heart tongue and groove having been delivered today, this section should be completed next week.

Titus is master-minding the ceiling.

The dry wall ceilings that caused some confusion last week have now been completed.

Kenrick and the carpenters have been busy constructing and erecting the railings for the Living Room balcony.

There has been no change to the external lines of the house, so there are no views this week - anyway, it was raining!  This weekend is Carnival time, so Monday and Tuesday will be recovery days and light duties for the rest of the week!
