The weather has remained kind and the masons and carpenters have made steady progress.

The back-fill material has been spread across the drive.

Sabina has been collecting different coloured stones for her Pebble Mosaic in the parking area.

The masons have commenced the stone-work in the Master Bedroom en-suite bathroom.

The bathroom of the first guest bedroom has been plastered ........

.... as has the downstairs loo.

The slow and laborious task of erecting the rafters for the north side roof has continued.

We were unable to purchase single planks long enough to complete the
rafters in single units, so each one is manufactured from 2 pieces, secured by threaded steel rods, nuts and bolts.

A couple of shots from across the valley showing the emerging shape of the roof.
Sabina has left today for Guyana where she hopes to accelerate delivery of the second long overdue container of wood.
