WEEK 30 - SUNSHINE AT LAST

The true winter Caribbean weather has arrived at last as can be seen from the various photos this week. Consequently, much has been achieved on site. The top of the Tower is now taking shape ............

with complicated form-work to achieve the correct slope around the top of the wall.

The door space giving access to the top.

More bamboo has been procured for the scaffolding to support the beams and floor of the first-floor balcony.

The form-work nearly ready for the placement of the steel reinforcement.

Mr McDoom's team have continued to replace the old pool plumbing with new - here one of the 2 skimmers ..........

and here the 3 jets down the right-hand side.

The Jacuzzi walls have been cast and the form-work removed.

The outlets for the lights and jets.

The 'Piton Piler' has continued its work to try and hold back the wear and tear of nature.
The entrance to the bay from the top of the Tower ....

and out through Trou Roland.

A slightly different angle from across the valley.

And congratulations to the neighbours who finally cast the floor on Wednesday!!!!
