WEEK 6 - THE FIRST BLOCKS

It has been a disappointing week weather-wise with heavy rain interrupting work on 2 days. This thwarted Kenrick's plans to caste the floor, however a decent amount of water was collected in the pool.

The first blocks were laid for the kitchen wall .........

and the foundations caste for the kitchen bay window.

The old stones from the pool surrounds have been lifted .......

and are being used in the building of the car port inner wall.

The form work continues for the first floor columns and beams, with both plumber and electrician installing conduit and pipework prior to the big caste - hopefully this coming week.
