As expected last week, with no ridge tiles delivered, work has come to a halt until the building is waterproof. The suppliers have 'promised' that they will fire some of the tiles this week for delivery the following week. We all have our fingers crossed as the project cannot move ahead until the roof is finished.
Tarpaulins have been put in position, but the wind blows the rain underneath all too easily.
Before cease work, Kenrick trialled a wire brush for cleaning a small area of the stone walls.
