NO WOOD......NO ROOF......This is serious! A trip to Guyana was necessary!!!

The wood was ordered July'08 with a 50% deposit, it still hasn't arrived & everyone is getting extremely aggravated with the situation.....lots of lies & excuses.

Our container was partly filled but it quickly became clear that they were nowhere near completing our order due to cash flow. IT'S BAD!!!

We changed our order, to timber they had in stock; luckily it happened to be a better quality of wood, we made it clear it had to be shipped in the next week, although we both new this would be a long shot......most importantly it's getting sorted!

We visited the church in George Town.......it maybe time to start praying for the wood!

We opted to come back from Guyana earlier than planned & spend more time on-site, discussing ideas etc.......the boat trip will have to wait 'till next time.

Kenrick & his team have been busy this week constructing the outside wall of the drive, it's looking good, they're carefully building around our African Tulip Tree.

As Brett heads back to work for our dream, the team is busy pouring concrete....
they're working
fast, got to be carefull where you stand, might find yourself as part
of the drive.

I've just been told our wood
didn't make it onto the container today (someone lost a finger)....it'll definitely be on next weeks.....fingers crossed..oops!!
I'll have to stay another 2-3 weeks......there's plenty to do!......driving on.
