A week of sun, clear skies and, above all, drying winds.
The painter have been busy filling the drywall arch surrounds .....
reducing at long last the scaffolding from the hall balcony ....
completeing the painting/sealing of the beam/arch ends ........
...... filling & priming around the Master Bedroom windows ........
the masterbedr0om has been filled, primed & received it's topcoat
the lounge wall has received 2 coates of compound, been sanded & 2 coates of primer, it's now ready for the projection paint, this wall will be the screen for the TV.
The Sikkens application continues on the Guest Bedroom shutters which needed to be re-sanded & sealed, this time a top coat of resin will hopefully help preserve the finish a little longer.
The detailed edging to the tiles in the Master Bedroom showers is now complete.
O'Neil and Shevran are fitting the final piece of dry wall under the Tower stairs.
The Tower door has received its handle & finally been sanded & sealed, the exterior light point position (on the left) has also been moved.
The wooden inserts for the laundry shoot have been manufactured.
The masons having finished the re-pointing of the Pool walls, the stonework has now been cleaned.
The clean-up & finishing continues.......
